The Designer Diamond is Here

Hello Everyone,

I have found out that all that we presented on our webcast did not get to you because of a technical difficulty that made us loose our feed to the Internet.

This is an incredible disappointment that we could not share the exact moment together. The Designer Diamond is such an amazing machine, that I know you will love.

The team is hard at work to bring you a rebroadcast of the webcast so that you do not miss a moment. Please watch your email for an update so that you can view the webcast and all of the exciting features, plus the fashion show and more.

More updates from Convention soon.

Until then,
Sue H.

I could not view the Webcast at all. Please be sure I receive notification of the rebroadcast. Since we couldn't view the Webcast does that mean we were not entered in the contest? Please advise

Thank you for letting us all know you know we were all having trouble viewing such an exciting event. My dealer from BFlo NY is there and told us if we would watch do so. Thank you again for address the technical problem and that we will be able to see what you did.

Sorry we were'nt able to view the Webcast, still waiting to see some of the wonderful changes. Maybe too many of us were interested.

Hi Sue,

I remember well when you sold me my first Husqvarna machine in Barrington, and the wonderful instruction classes that you provided. I have been hooked on Husqvarnas ever since.

Sue,
Oh my goodness; Viking is amazing; and this new Diamond takes the cake. I understand techincal problems. My dealer, Eddie's Quilting Bee is having a big "unveiling" on this Saturday; I can hardly wait!!!

I was very disappointed to miss the unveiling after so much hype. I understand that this can happen! I would be interested in seeing a re-broadcast. What about the drawing for those that registered!

I would like to know how much it cost, so I can start saving?

On the rebroadcast it said the machine comes with the luggage set? Is that true with a trade in too?

The machine is as fabulous as they say. I was lucky enough to be one of those in the crowd when the machine was unveiled. I want on too. I am getting one of the first in the store. I am also the new service person for three stores. I got to see the "inards". Pretty neat. I hope that I have as much fun cleaning them as I do from sewing on one. See my blog @ http://michelequilts.blogspot.com/ for a link to the webcast.

This is the coolest yet! How big is the largest hoop it can handle? I have three Husqvarna's now, the platinum 755,950E,and the Designer SE (which is barely out of the box) now. How much is this machine? This is so cool. I know if I ask for this machine too, I better duck real fast! hahaha! I have a huge sewing room, and I'm sure I would find room for this machine too. Talk about "make me drool"!!! Also ~ the webcast is awesome! thanks.

Attending the unveiling live was super! We were able to walk around and see different demonstrations at what seemed like hundreds of different Designer Diamonds all night. It was a unique and upclose event! The fashion show was fabulous.
I just watched the rebroadcast to share Sue's enthusiasm and hear her presentation because we couldn't hear her at the event. Cathy does a great job showing the new features of the Designer Diamond too.
Congratulations!

I heard they made Sue a quilt using the 4d family portrait software - anyone know where i can find a picture? I want to see what it turned out like. I am "SO" thinking this would be a great idea/gift for my grandmothers.
thanks!!

I couldn't view the Webcast either & was disappointed. I see there is a reboardcast but haven't watched it yet, but this past Monday, went to my dealer and they had a few extas that weren't the pre-order. They took my SE, gave me what I paid for it. I am now a proud owner of the Designer Diamond. Embroidered two towels so far. I love this machine!!! Was told I will also get the luggage set when it comes in. The one for the embroidery arm is already in the box, just waiting on the one for the machine.

Hi, Sue and all,

I just bought my Designer Diamond on Saturday. I have a lot to learn, because my last Viking is a 1+. However, I'm glad I don't have to start at the very beginning. I'm glad the company didn't just change everything.

Can't wait to try the Sensor Foot function.

I, too, would like to find out the price of this new machine. I have mobility problems and shopping around is not an option. I couldn't find anything on the website to even write to Viking. I hope you can help. Thanks.

Pick up my DIAMOND yesterday... already been sewing and embroidery. This machine is truly "user-friendly"; I love it.
